• All collected data will be used solely for the provision and optimization of aceto App services.

• The system may retain users’ basic information and measurement records so that users can review and look back on their historical data while using the device and the App.

To enhance service quality, we may conduct statistical analysis on data after it has been de-identified. Such analysis will be presented only in aggregate form and will not involve any information that can identify a specific individual.

The App adopts reasonable information security measures that comply with industry standards, including but not limited to firewalls, antivirus systems, and access control mechanisms.

Only authorized personnel may access your personal data within the scope necessary to perform their duties. Such personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations, and any violation thereof will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If a user’s conduct within the App violates the Terms of Service or may harm or interfere with the rights or interests of the App or other users, and may result in damage to any person, the App’s administrative authority may, upon review and where necessary, disclose relevant personal data in accordance with applicable laws for the purpose of identification, contact, or taking legal action.

Users under the age of eighteen may purchase the related devices and use the App services only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian.

The data and analytical content provided by the aceto App (including but not limited to breath ketone readings, charts, usage records, and visualized displays) are intended solely for personal health management and lifestyle observation purposes. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or medical practice of any kind.

• Results may be affected by individual physical conditions, methods of use, and environmental factors.

• The App is not a medical detector and does not provide medical diagnostic functions.
• The information provided by the App cannot replace the advice of licensed physicians, registered dietitians, or other qualified healthcare professionals.
